Gunshyam has over 20 years of experience as a proven finance leader, having built and led high-performing teams covering listed investment group financial reporting, management reporting and value-led MIS, IFRS fair value accounting, treasury and liquidity management, investor relations, and capital allocation strategy. These roles have included various cross-border finance transformations and associated ERP implementations, integrating major post-merger acquisitions, embedding governance and internal control frameworks including regulatory compliance requirements across GCC markets, as well as running multi-year planning and forecasting cycles and various process improvement programmes. Gunshyam brings his skills and capabilities across both the corporate investment sector and the wider business community, now extending his expertise directly to clients through Noesis Management Consulting Ltd.

Gunshyam is a qualified FCCA (Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and holds a BSc (Hons) in Accounting and Finance.

Alex has over 30 years of experience as a proven finance leader having built and led high-performing teams covering listed company financial reporting, management reporting and value-led MIS, corporate tax, treasury, investor relations, and corporate strategy. These roles have included various cross-border finance transformation and associated ERP implementations, integrating major financial acquisitions, embedding governance & control systems including Sarbanes Oxley compliance requirements as well as running cross-border planning & change processes and various cost efficiency programmes. Alex currently bridges both the financial sector and the third sector, bringing his skills and capabilities to both sectors.

Alex is a qualified FCA (ICAEW), holds a BA in economics and an MSc in Charity Accounting and Financial Management.

Shehzad is an ACCA-qualified finance and audit professional with over 10 years of international experience across Grant Thornton, PwC, and EY, specializing in investment funds, private equity, hedge funds, real estate, insurance, and other financial services. He has led complex audit engagements under PCAOB, US GAAS, and ISA, with extensive expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, financial reporting, investment valuations, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. Throughout his career, Muhammad has managed multi-jurisdictional engagements, supervised high-performing teams, and advised clients on governance, risk management, financial reporting, and process improvements. His experience also includes fund accounting, NAV oversight, SOX and ICFR assessments, and the evaluation of complex investment structures across global financial markets. He brings deep technical expertise and practical insight to help clients strengthen financial governance, improve reporting quality, and navigate increasingly complex regulatory environments.

Shehzad is an ACCA Member and holds a BSc (Hons.) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, UK.

Shehman has over 12 years of diverse experience, having started his career in corporate finance and data analysis before moving into startups, venture capital, process intelligence, and automation. Holding an MBA in Finance and Business Management, he brings a rare blend of financial discipline and operational thinking to every engagement.

He currently serves as Admin and PMO Lead, where he combines structured program management with an automation-first mindset, using AI-driven workflows to eliminate manual bottlenecks and bring order to fast-moving, resource-constrained environments. Across multiple startups, Shehman has consistently built systems from the ground up, turning complexity into clear, scalable processes that support sustainable growth.

Usman is a seasoned finance professional with over 15 years of experience across private equity, corporate finance, and asset management. He has led and structured transactions exceeding $1 billion and managed diversified investment portfolios spanning marine services, real estate, and financial services. In senior finance leadership roles, he has overseen end-to-end finance functions, treasury, ERP implementations, and governance frameworks, bringing deep expertise in financial planning, operational improvement, and regulatory compliance.

Usman is a qualified CPA and ACCA, and holds a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics. He joined Noesis Management Consulting to bring this institutional-grade financial and advisory expertise to businesses across the GCC and the UK.
